new years intentions for your relationship
Happy New Year! I prefer relationship intentions over relationship resolutions for the new year. Intentions drive our spirit. Resolutions are behavior modifications--not inspiring.
By reflecting on and celebrating what went well in the last year and making plans for continued growth in the new year, we harness our energy in meaningful ways that improve our relationship.
Let's reflect on love in 2024 and creating more extraordinary love in 2025. Here's a simple set of questions designed to kickstart a more fulfilling love life with intention and purpose!
Reflect
What are my top three memories from this past year?
What were the most impactful or intense triggers I experienced from this past year?
How do I tend to not let love in? How does that show up for me?
What growth did I, my partner, and our relationship experience?
Growth
How can I create more of how I felt in those top three memories this year?
What conditioning and outdated patterns from my past are still holding me up?
Where am I avoiding taking responsibility for my love life? What external factors am I blaming?
What would I do differently if I was not afraid of letting myself be loved and feeling more joy, ease, and peace?
